Please read the below requirements and the select Next to fill out the application form.  Both parties must appear in person as the County Clerk Treasurers office to finalize the Marriage Application.

Minimum Age
Applicants must be at least 18 years old. Any minor who is 16 or 17 years old may apply for a marriage license with parental or guardian consent. A minor needs the consent of at least one custodial parent or legal guardian. Identification of the minor and the consenting parent or guardian plus a certified copy of the child’s birth certificate are required. If under 16, please call (775) 847-0969 for more information.

Photo I.D. of Both Parties
Both parties must be present to apply for a Marriage License. Bring photo ID showing proof of age.

Previous Marriages
If either party was previously married, they will be required to provide the date, city and state of the divorce.
